Listening to this guided meditation will help you begin to let go of negativity, worry, fears... all those things that hold you back from being all that you can be. The more you listen to it, the more "practice" you will gain letting go and relaxing. As these unwanted thoughts are cleared, it frees energy for you to create new, more positive, life-affirming thought patterns.
There are two versions of the Meditation. The "Asleep" Version is meant to be listened to as you go to sleep. The "Awake" version can be listened to anytime during the day when you want a "time out." After you get home from work would be an ideal time to listen to this version. It will help you unwind and relax from your day.
Both versions use a progressive relaxation technique and technology designed to put you into a very relaxed state of mind. As you become more deeply relaxed, your brain waves will naturally slow from the beta mentally alert state, to the meditative alpha state. Hypnosis is used to relax you and your conscious mind further, which allows your subconscious mind to be more open to the positive statements. The "Asleep" version then continues to slow the brain waves to the theta state, making it easier for you to drift off into the delta asleep state. The "Awake" version touches the outer theta state as the positive statements are heard, then brings you back up to the waking, alert beta state at the end.
Each meditation comes with a Guide Book that includes suggestions for listening to the Guided Meditation, a list of affirmations used on the recording, as well as additional activities outside of your listening sessions that wil speed your progress and enhance your results greatly. |
